We recommend that you inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt and verify that your order is correct. We will correct incorrect merchandise or any errors in shipment on our part upon verification of the error. However, you must notify Sleemo Trading of any discrepancies within 10 days from receipt of goods. Any questions phone 1-888-SLEEMOS.
We all change our mind from time to time after a purchase. Sleemo Trading has a firm belief that you should be able to cancel your Order up to the time it ships, for any reason. So, we don't charge you until it's ready to go out the door.
This is especially helpful for Pre-Orders. Feel secure knowing that we will not charge your payment method at checkout for Pre-Orders. You won't be charged until the item ships. Whether that is in a week, a month or a year. You will have full access to all your purchases and the ability to cancel them will be at your fingertips through your account. NOTE: There ARE some items that this policy does not apply such as special orders that require a non-refundable deposit. These items are few in supply. Please see our Non-Refundable Deposit Policy below.

Return / Exchange Policy:
With the exception of Special Orders & any other items denoted as such, which are not returnable, all new returns (unopened, undamaged) are accepted within 14 Days and in rare cases may be subject to a restocking fee (See policy below). Shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns on ANY of our products please contact us for instructions before shipping. We will provide you with an RMA & shipping label. Please do not send merchandise back prior to contacting us.
We all need to make a return for one reason or another. Most items sold at Sleemo Trading do not require a Restocking Fee. Occasionally, for some items, (special orders, limited or unusually expensive items) will have a Restocking Fee for each item or piece Returned/Cancelled. Merchandise must be in original condition as received: Merchandise must be in its original packaging (do not mark, tape or attach anything directly to the packaging). Merchandise must be unused and not altered in any way. All items returned for exchange must be in the same salable condition it was received. Some Pre-Order items Require a Non-Refundable Deposit. Please see Deposit policy Below.
Non-Refundable Deposit Policy:
Sleemo Trading has a very flexible policy when it comes to Pre-Orders. We DO NOT charge your Credit Card (unless a deposit is required) until your Pre-Orders are ready to ship. There are rare occasions where a Non-Refundable Deposit will be taken for certain items. This deposit Amount/Percentage will be noted on the product page and at checkout so you will know before you even add it to your cart. This policy is necessary to be able to offer our customers items that we do not carry in our regular stock. Usually, they are Rare, Limited or Expensive items that will be taking up much needed warehouse space & require higher resources to fulfil. These items are considered a "Special Order" and we only place orders for them when there is a Pre-Order placed. These items will have a Limited Pre-Order period and may require Calculated shipping or Specialized Shipping instead of a flat rate for items requiring a special delivery such as 1:1 scale (life size) statues, Expensive Art, Limited or Rare items, etc. as they will require much more insurance & Shipping Method may be much more costly.
Exceptions to this Non-Refundable deposit are as follows: Sometimes, a Manufacturer, for multiple reasons may alloccate or limit availablility of an item, even cancel an entire line of products after pre-orders have begun. This does happen more often than we would like & Sleemo Trading has no control over this. It is also possible that an item is damaged/lost in transit & cannot be replaced. There may be other rare occasions we have not thought of that may arise that require a cancellation of an item with a paid deposit. In ANY of these events, you will be notified of the cancellation & a Refund for 100% of the deposit amount will be issued.
Because we care so deeply about our collectors, Sleemo Trading offers protective display cases at a discounted rate or at no additional charge as a "Pre-Order Bonus" (subject to availability & promotion). These promotional cases shall be considered a bonus item that is part of the figure purchased. Should you return an item delivered in a protective case the item MUST be returned Undamaged, in that case. Failure to return the Protective Case will result in a deduction from your refund/credit for the SRP amount of that particular case. This charge will also be in effect for ANY/ALL Discounted Cases sold as "add-on's" to an Item. In this event, the balance of the amount paid vs the SRP amount will be deducted from the refund/credit. SRP amount for each case will be listed on the product page or here. Due to pre-existing contracts, some cases (such as MOC Masters) can only be purchased with a figure it is intended to protect. No individual sales are permitted at this time.
One of the Greatest Advantages of purchasing from Sleemo Trading is the insane amount of Pride we take in delivering your figures in the best condition possible. From protective cases, extra bubble wrap or other appropriate void fill, All items we carry are inspected prior to shipment. Action Figures packaging is inspected and sorted into categories according to their packaging, not necessarily the contents. Small scratches, dings, abrasions & card warp are common & likely for action figure packaging and isn't considered "damaged goods". That said, we do make every effort to keep these common imperfections to a minimum for all figures that have an inherant value to the original packaging & we will not ship an item we wouldn't be proud to own ourselves. Some of the product we receive does have less than desireable packaging for the MIB collector. These figures will be listed seperately and noted as "Open Me! Packaging" & discounted. (A great buy for those collectors who open their figures as they may be slightly discounted.
Should a figure arrive & have visible damage to the contents we will replace the item for the same brand, size and color at no cost to you (If Available). You must contact Sleemo Trading at 1-888-SLEEMOS immediately to be able to receive the replacement & instructions for the item's return. Do Not open the item from it's original packaging! Once a figure's packaging is opened, it is not eligible for return. Do not return the item without contacting us first. We will provide a shipping label for your convenience & replacements will be shipped out by standard shipping, regardless of the original shipping method once the return has been received. If a replacement item is not available, a refund or credit will be issued once the item is returned and verified. Damaged shipments must be reported to Sleemo Trading within 10 days upon receipt of shipment. Please take a few good photos of the damaged merchandise and box it was shipped in.
On rare occasions, merchandise is lost in transit. Should this occur it will be replaced (if available) only after the shipment has been traced. Upon notification by the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filed and the merchandise replaced or a credit applied.
This site is hosted by Portline. Portline hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data. Portline does not collect customer or order information.
Currently, we offer $6 flat rate shipping for all Continental US States. The method of shipping will be chozen according to the size & weight of the shipment and is at the discression of Sleemo Trading. The most common methods are USPS First-Class, Priority Mail & UPS Ground.
$6 Flat rate shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska or US Territories outside the 48 Continental States. For shipments going to HI, AK, Puerto Rico, Guam & other US territories, shipping will be calculated according to the dimentional weight & shipped at the most cost effective method for the consumer.
Sleemo Trading does not Charge your Credit card until Items are ready to ship. Information collected at time of order will be stored within the Secure Authorize.net CIM Portal (see http://www.authorize.net) for further information. Sleemo Trading is never in posession of your Credit Card Information. Pre-Orders are never charged until they become available. Please see Pre-Order Policy for more detailed info.
